The Brand & Products

What is Wall to Wall Padel? A UK padel brand making off-court lifestyle wear — heavyweight, oversized kit for people who live the game. Built in the open, from day one.

Is this on-court / performance gear? Not yet — and we won't pretend otherwise. Right now it's cotton lifestyle wear: what you pull on around the game, at the club, after the match. Performance gear is on the roadmap.

How are your products made? Each piece is made to order, just for you — printed and finished once you order, then shipped direct. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which keeps it low-waste. It also means orders take a little longer than off-the-shelf — see delivery times below.

Sizing

How do I choose my size? Check our size guide [link to size guide]. The tees are an oversized, boxy fit by design. Take your normal size for the relaxed look; size down if you want it closer to a regular fit.

Do the tees run big? Yes — on purpose. They're an oversized, dropped-shoulder cut. If you prefer a standard fit, order one size down.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take? Everything's made to order, just for you, then shipped direct. Estimated UK delivery:

Tees — around 3–6 working days
Caps — around 5–12 working days

During busier periods, allow a little extra. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.

Where do you ship? The UK only, for now. We're focused on getting it right here first — more regions as we grow. Join the list to hear when we expand.

How much is shipping? [DECIDE — set your real rate in Shopify and state it here. A simple, common setup: a flat UK rate, or free UK shipping over a set spend.]

Can I track my order? Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel within a short window after you order. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before it's made.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy? Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size — so please check the size guide before ordering. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, we'll make it right (see below).

What if my item is faulty, damaged, or wrong? We'll sort a free replacement or a refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — we'll tell you what's needed (usually just the photo).

Can I exchange for a different size? As items are made to order, we can't swap sizes after printing — that's exactly why the size guide matters. Have a proper look before you order and you'll be sorted.

My order's late / hasn't arrived — what now? If your tracking shows it hasn't turned up, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll reship or refund after a quick review. (Tip: double-check your address at checkout — parcels returned due to a wrong address will need paid reshipping.)

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay — through our secure Shopify checkout.

Is checkout secure? Yes. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.
